Brant Beach is also one of the more narrow sections of LBI, so it is only a short walk to the beach from this house. 3500 Long Beach Blvd is located roughly in the center of the 35th Street Beach, so the lifeguard is usually right in front of this street end. There are several stores, restaurants and activities (mini-golf, etc) within walking distance.
