Updates: New Windows, privacy fence on one lot of the double lot, fruit trees, black berry, mulberry, apple, garbage disposal, pex piping all under house, new drains, freeze proof water spicket, water main and unit meter, some flooring, attic insulation blown in attic and privacy fence on one lot all 2016. New windows also trim is not on the windows on inside, but have trim and crown molding for house which will leave here. Also have some extra cabinets will leave that are more up todate. Currently living here can show you any time, sorry for the not so great photos, but did not think you wanted pictures of our stuff. This house has had a lot of work, but still needs TLC. Sooner or later a roof, does not leak but was re-roofed only 3/4 of the way back in 2008, and they should have just done the whole thing so it does not have 2 different colors on it. I also have another house at 2405 Jeanette Ave. right down the street from this one which is currently rented and the tenant pays onetime, more updates have been done to that 1 bedroom house then this one. Tenant pays 570.00 a month, will make deal for purchase of both houses so I can move faster. Both houses sold cheap as is.
