Private rooms with shared furnished common spaces - big kitchen, dining, living, and some garage storage/hangout space. Drop down movie screen, common tv's in dining and garage areas. Deck and patio areas out back with grill and fire pit. Everyone cleans up after themselves. We have occasional karaoke, game and movie nights. No smoking
