The outdoor space offers two grills that you can use and the building also has a game room with a pool table and pingpong table available for entertainment. The master's bedroom offers a king bed, a walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bunk bed with twin top. There is also a second bathroom for the second bedroom and the common area. There is a coin laundry available for every floor of the condo. Other things to note The condo is less than a 10 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shopping. There is an amazing restaurant across the street called So Napa Grille, which is very easy walkable access. There are also additional walkable casual places to eat: Izzy's Island Tacos, Manny's, Chases on the Beach (access via road or beach) and a 7-11 for some necessities. Landlord pays for power, water, and cable/internet. No pets allowed. No smoking inside. Fully furnished with minimum 1 month lease term.
