Having 17 acres, we do not charge for parking nor do we have parking permits as we have plentiful parking spaces. Your guest and yourself may come when they please and do not have to worry about being towed for staying the night. We also include water, sewer, and trash in your rent. Rent starts as low as $1380 per month. Our security deposit is $400, with a $45 application fee per applicant and a $45 application fee per cosigner. You don't need an appointment to see one of our wonderful apartments, just stop by! Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. Residents are responsible for the monthly payment of all other utilities including gas, electric, and internet.
