Welcome to our remodeled, ranch-style home in Springdale! We have fully-furnished the house to be a comfortable place to stay! You are a mile or less from a grocery store, restaurants, NWACC, and I49. With the house having easy, quick access to the hwy and centrally located in NWA, you can zip down to Fayetteville (~10min drive) to catch a football game or show at the Walton Arts Center or up to Bentonville/Rogers (~15min drive) to check out Crystal Bridges or Walmart HQ I will be renting my air bnb out for long term 1month lease options in the months of December, January and February based on availability. All utilities (water, electric, gas, wifi) will be provided and included in the rent. The home is fully furnished with beds, linens, washer/dryer, and kitchen supplies. A complimentary, free of charge cleaning service will be provided every 10 days for the home. This is a no-smoking, no pet property - a fine of $3,000 will be charged for breaking these rules.
