It's a upper-level unit that has a lot of old world charm. It has 1 large bedroom that can fit a king size bed, a large living room, dining room, large kitchen, and bathroom. It also comes with one parking spot. The entire unit has been freshly painted and all of the flooring is new. New appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove) are included in the rent. Also, new light fixtures, kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops were installed. The rent that I am asking for is $1,200 or $1,125 without parking. The rent includes water and sewage.
