I fell in love with this house because it was statuesque in appearance. It had a very open floor plan which was great for entertaining during the summer months. The new flooring and minimal carpeting was convenient for cleaning and helped with my wife's allergies. I also liked the privacy cypress trees and the fenced in backyard with built in dog kennel/storage closet. The neighborhood is very quiet. We have never had any issues with safety or crime in the area. The traffic is minimal being in a cul-de-sac. The running/walking loop around the trail was great when I was training and getting in shape. The lake make for some really nice walks in the snow during winter. It was the best first home we could have asked for. (Per seller 2/22/2013)
