There is also a non-conforming 3rd bedroom that we have used for an office but could be used for a playroom, small bedroom etc. The kitchen and both bathrooms are completely updated and remodeled, the outside has been freshly painted with low maintenance landscaping and a large, fenced backyard. We also have a large, newer built back deck that is great for entertaining. Spacious unfinished basement with a washer/dryer that will stay in the home. We are open to dogs with further discussion. The price is 2,350 per month for rent, but we would be open to lowering the monthly rent if the lease was signed for more than 1 year. Will be available October 1st. Renter will be responsible for all utilities. No smoking inside the home. Off street parking included (behind home). 1 year lease minimum with potential decrease in monthly rent if longer lease agreement. Dogs are acceptable if house trained and generally well-mannered with a 500 dollar, one-time deposit. Lawn mowing included- renter responsible for flower bed upkeep.
