Monthly rental payments required on the 1st of each month. (Late fee $50 after 3 days). The amount required to move in is $1500. After that, $1000/mo. Shared cleaning between (2) occupants. Guests are permitted for overnight visits. Roommate must discuss extended visits with the homeowner. With homeowners notification. If roommate allows overnight guests on a regular basis or misused, homeowner will discuss utilitity usage charge with roommate. A financial background check will be payed by homeowner.
