    1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath apartment available starting May 1st- Cascade Views Apartments in north Seattle Wedgwood neighborhood (quiet street), close to bus lines, I5, an easy route to UW, and a couple blocks away from QFC, coffee shops, Matthews Beach and local restaurants. The apartment has great natural light as well as a spacious balcony facing Lake Washington. Laundry is in the building but if you need more machines, there's a laundromat just down the street a couple of blocks. The bedroom features a HUGE closet and high vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. There is plenty of space located in the storage cabinets in the bathroom and coat closet. We do not have pets but the building does allow them for an additional fee. We've loved living here and the neighbors are friendly however are moving due to opportunities out of state. Our lease ends on August 30th, so as you would be taking over the lease. $1375 + $35 wsg + $200 deposit = $1610 upon move-in. After the year lease ends Aug 30th 2019, it will go month-to-month if desired.
