Just 2-3 blocks from coffee, bakery, restaurants, brewery, plant nursery, bookstore, shops. 4 blocks to McClatchy Park including seasonal farmers' market. Easy bike ride or 5 min drive to Midtown and just 10 min to downtown. It has been a popular, highly reviewed (4.95/5 stars) Airbnb. We used to live right next door and personally manage the rental. We take great pride in managing the house because we love the neighborhood and block, and also because it is meant to be a house for our parents eventually. Monthly rent: $3000, which includes water/sewer/garbage, gardening, and internet. You will pay SMUD (electricity) and PG&E (gas) directly. We can start a lease on October 15, 2024, although the house is currently still listed as a vacation rental while we are transitioning to a traditional rental so we may have to push the start date back if we get additional bookings prior to a lease signing.
