Looking for a female student roomate to share my townhouse with. You'd be sharing a brand-new townhouse on the river and close to BSU. I'm a student at BSU. The homes are called Waterhouse Row. This is for one room and one full bathroom and has a washer and dryer in the unit. You'd share a front room and a kitchen that is fully furnished. All utilities are included and internet is with that. This townhouse is located right on the greenbelt, directly in front of the surfing wave at the Boise River. There are restaurants within walking distance and if you want, you can e-scooter all the way into Boise State University in 12 min. The website provided tells you a little more about the location. The lease is for 6 months at a time. If the lease is broken, the move in deposit is lost. Otherwise, if after the lease you move out and leave things cleaned up, the deposit gets deposited right back into your hands. If something gets broken or damaged, it will be repaired and subtracted from the deposit money. All utilities are included in the rent including the internet. Parking is on the street but there is plenty around.
