Nice home, recently removed carpet in living room to acid stain the concrete which looks nice...Kitchen removed tile for acid stained beautiful floor. Front windows have 90% solar X screens to block out sun. Stairs recently,Jan 2011 redone with Pine wood and stained.. looks great. All bedrooms upstairs are real wood floors. New photos recently added. House also recently repainted in Oct 2012. Neighborhood Description small town neighborhood. folks look after each other. My son is 15 and I don't have any fear of him playing or riding his bike in the neighborhood... nice clean area.
