Upstairs, there is a king master bedroom with a full bathroom, two queen bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, another queen bedroom with a full bathroom, and a room with a bunk bed and full bed with a full bathroom. The home boasts smart TVs in all bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you feel at home. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, though washcloths are not included as they are considered personal items. Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and we recommend informing us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. The house has a driveway accommodating up to 3 cars, with overflow parking available 250 feet down the street. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost, but if you need a propane gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements at an extra cost. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet, and only small dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. The charcoal grill is free upon request and needs to be requested prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Staff speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Turkish. Office space is available for those who need to work from home, with high-speed internet to support your remote work needs.
