This is the crown jewel of Clarkdale historic homes. It was originally built as a residence for the smelter superintendent Tom Taylor. It has seen some rough days over the last 103 years and will require some serious work to bring it back into good condition. 17 of the 20 windows were replaced several years ago with custom ordered dual-pane Jeld-Wen windows. These windows have wood frames inside and are virtually indistinguishable from the original windows.
