Paradise Lakes is a small community of homes in old town Bellevue, we are very close to the base which is convenient for our military families. All of our residents have immediate access to our private lake and beach for fishing which is catch and release, boating and swimming. Because we are a small community we like to participate in community wide events such as; community wide garage sales, Easter egg hunts, we have a large gathering with food and games for the kids for the air show and Fourth of July, Halloween decorating contests, Christmas decorating contests etc. which are easy ways to come together as a community and have some fun. We send out a monthly newsletter with reminders, ideas and important information for everyone! I believe we take care of each other here, look out for one another! So please do not hesitate to contact our office for further information regarding rental homes! Paradise is responsible for trash pick up, tenant is responsible for Gas/Heat, Water and Electric. Tenant must have a clean rental history and steady income for at least six months in order to qualify. We do allow both cats and small dogs, please inquire before submitting application.
