Paradise Lakes is a small community of homes down in old town Bellevue. All our residents have immediate access to our private lake and beach for fishing which is catch and release, boating and swimming. Because we are a small community we like to participate in community wide events such as; community wide garage sales, Easter egg hunts, we have a large gathering with food and games for the kids for the air show and Fourth of July, Halloween decorating contests, Christmas decorating contests etc. which are easy ways to come together as a community and have some fun. We send out a monthly newsletter with reminders, ideas and important information for everyone! I believe we take care of each other here, look out for one another! So please do not hesitate to contact our office for further information regarding rental homes! Landlord takes care of trash pick up, mowing the common grounds and plowing the streets of our neighborhood during the winter months. Tenant is responsible for Gas/Heat, Water and Electric as well as maintaining your yard- mowing, keeping it free of debris etc. and shoveling your driveways and walkways. We do allow both cats and small dogs
