SOME Zillow info on our home was found incorrect. This home was NEVER sold for $25k, nor was there a structural remodel needed at any time. The HVAC is supplied by a "Ducted ductless split mini-system" (not a TYPO) which lowered our electric by about $40/month, and provides A/C to boot. There is also a generous "utility pad at the front corner for deliveries of Bark, Rock, Gravel, etc. & not pictured on Zillow yet is the new Patio/Parking Pad (installed 4/21 - large enough for an RV) and the new solar reflective Patio Cover (due 10/21). Incorrect info will be corrected as it's found.
