While inside the perfectly furnished space, you will forget you are just blocks away from some of the city's most iconic restaurants, tourist attractions & music venues. This is one of the best neighborhoods to find out why local people love Austin so much! When you enter the home you will be drawn to the boho-style decor and quality/comfortable furnishings. Take time to notice the love and care we have put into the smallest details. If you don't want to walk half a block to Galaxy Cafe make sure you enjoy our coffee station that includes high-quality coffee, flavored syrups, a frother, and more! Bedroom 1 (second floor): Our master bedroom won't disappoint with a king-sized bed, a full-length mirror, a large walk-in closet, and a fun TX-themed wallpaper. Bedroom 2 (second floor): A queen-sized bed, and a full-sized mirror with a bedside lamp. The condo building has its own private parking lot and we offer two spots (no charge). There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience. We offer flexible month to month terms. All utilities are included and it is fully- furnished. We have a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
