I have a lovely 3 bedroom home. One of those bedrooms we are using for an office. There are arches on the front and we have installed an "S" tile roof which looks like barrel tile giving it a Spanish look. We have two baths, one has a spa with a shower and the one off the Master Bedroom has a shower. Sliding glass doors make it a pleasure to be in. There is one large 3 section, telescoping sliding glass door across the entire back in the Florida Room. There is another 8 foot 2 section sliding door in the rear bedroom, giving access to the back yard and pool. There is a nice long driveway, accommodating at least 4 cars easily, or a large boat if you need it. There is a car port and storage shed at the end of the drive. We have a spiral staircase which goes up to the roof. A wonderful place for a roof-deck is over the shed. The house has central heat and air, ceiling vents . Terrazzo floors throughout. Ceiling fans in every room but the Kitchen. A mix of modern glass openness and 1950's charm. The pool is above ground, (it is 24' x 12' oval, and sunken 2' below ground level) but now that we no longer have septic tanks (we got sewers recently !) it would now be fine to install an in-ground pool.
