I am looking to rent my furnished top story condo in the mission district of San Francisco starting August 1st. Rate includes all utilities. A year lease is preferred. This modern sunny top story condo is just steps away from Mission's main thorough-fair: Valencia St, which is home to SF's most trendy restaurants, boutique shops, nightlife, and the best taquerias in the country. Several tech shuttles stop on the block. BART is a 5min walk. The ~850 sqft condo has a midcentury modern feel. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, a sofa couch/ottoman which can fold down into a second bed, a reclaimed wood coffee table, a wall adjustable 50" flatscreen TV (with Apple TV), 2 stereos each with a record player, a large desk in the bedroom (with 27" Apple Cinema Display), and an open kitchen with a full size oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, gourmet coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. Included is Comcast high speed internet. No A/C (never needed it), but does have heat. There is a new in unit washer/dryer. There is ample storage space with a large bedroom closet and 2 additional living room closets. There will be a deposit required in the amount of $4,000. All utilities (wifi, water, internet, garbage) are included. Bonus if you have a credit report, background check, paystubs, bank statements, and references ready. Rate is for a single person. I am charged $275 for every additional occupant from my HOA, so I need to pass that fee onto prospective tenants. My HOA considers an occupant to be any person(s) that spends more than 10 days in any rolling 30 day window. There is an HOA member living in the building. No smoking, no dogs. Cat is possible with an additional deposit. Unfortunately I cannot deliver the unit unfurnished. The only available parking in on the street in the neighborhood, which isn't too bad (I did it for several years). All utilities (internet, water, electricity, garbage) are included.
