I have a very nice house at a descent neighborhood for rent. Excellent credit score and good words from the previous land lord are welcomed. Excellent credit rating is a must. The preferred tenants should be able to get the good words by their previous land lord. Our area is very calm and I like a responsible and considerate family. I may consider a family with a pet but not for smokers. And no drugs please.
