This house is minimum maintenance and easy to live in, Please have a good credit score-that's our basic indicator of a potential renter. Tenant pays: water, gas electric and commitment to take care of the lush grass. Land lord is out of state and maintenance is reported promptly and the first $75 of any maintenance is paid by the tenancy. This is only for safety(the house is in excellent condition). For renters who pay the rent on the 1st due date-I cover all maintenance.
