Please turn off all lights and fans when you leave. There are two thermostats for the home. One is located in the Living Room and the other is Upstairs outside of the Bathroom. Please adjust them appropriately if you are away from the home for extended periods. Wi-Fi-Internet usage is restricted to legal activities only. The breaker panel is in the garage. Empty the dryer lint trap after every use to prevent fire hazards. Do not overload the washing machine. Please dispose of all trash in the designated outdoor bins on a weekly basis. Curbside trash pick up is on Wednesday. Please put the trash can out on Tuesday night. Trash cans must be returned to the garage no later than Wednesday evening.
