House includes fenced front and back yard, beautiful living area with exposed brick, and a large kitchen with granite counter tops. In walking distance to the 29th and Downing Station as well as the 38th and Blake A-Line Station. Walking distance to great kid friendly (and dog friendly!) parks. Amenities include: two car garage, ample street parking, good closet space, basement storage, HE washer & dryer, central heating & cooling, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, gas range, LED lighting Move in date: June 1st (some leeway here depending on needs). The upstairs contains the master suite with the bed and bath. The other 2 bedrooms are small and can fit double beds and they are very tight with queen beds Cats & Dogs welcome Applicants will be required to submit a credit check and sign a 12 month lease. I pay for Water, Sewer, Trash. Renter pays for Electricity, Gas, Internet. No smoking inside the house. Basic maintenance is up to you - lightbulbs, batteries, etc. I also ask that you change the furnace filter and I will provide those for you. You are also responsible for mowing, leaf raking and sidewalk shoveling in winter. There are some yard tools (pooper scooper and pail, garden rake, leaf rake, shovels, snow shovels, a battery powered mower and weed eater. (I've got a rack in the garage built for all this stuff so it is out of the way. I also have an 8 foot ladder in case you need to change the battery on the smoke detector.
