Last year it made about $24,000 from May to September alone! You have winter access, and that's the time we spend lots of time here. The roads get plowed so you have access 365 days a year! Enjoy the ATV or snowmobile trails, they're right there! We have the rental history from Airbnb and VRBO. The outdoor space is so peaceful to hang out, and relax. Moose like to hang out around here too and relax as well. There's two sheds as well for tools, kayaks, 4 wheeler or whatever. The shed off the bottom patio has power.
