Condo features three sky lights and tons of natural light, wood burning fireplace,updated bathrooms, high ceilings, fresh paint, beautifully refinished wood floors, water filtration cooler for hot and cold drinks ,in unit laundry, central ac, a front and back entrance. Secure entry for packages. The space will be rented furnished. You'll have the opportunity to personalize your room and bathroom with your own decor if you'd like. There is a queen memory foam mattress and tv in your room as well as built ins in the closet. There are two other tv rooms in the condo to enjoy. I'm a photographer that comes into town once a month to work with clients and use the front part of the condo as my studio. A beautiful door separates the spaces when I'm in town. You can access the kitchen, laundry, your private bedroom and bathroom from the back entrance at all times. I come in typically for 4-5 nights per month but can up to 10 nights occasionally. I will let my roomate know my schedule in advance. I stay on the studio side and share the laundry and kitchen space during this time. My roomate has access to enjoy the 1600 square foot space when I'm not there. There's a huge shared deck space with grills and patio furniture and the neighbors will throw happy hours occasionally when the weather is nice out.
