We are renting our house about a mile from downtown Franklin in a quiet cul de sac. It's a 2100 square-foot three-bedroom, two bath with a big bonus room for studio as well as a vocal booth. We've made a lot of upgrades. It has a gas fireplace/ gas stove and keyless door entry as well as finished attic space for storage. Big backyard fenced in with an in ground fire pit. Neighborhood has a playground. Pets will considered with a fee. We do not have a lot of photos but plan on taking some as soon as the tenants move out. It's a great house!
