There is no elevator. The apartment building itself is a cute three-story brick building and has beautiful artwork throughout the building down the halls. There is a laundry facility on the first floor which accepts credit or debit card only, no coins. The community here is quiet and neighbors are peaceful and respectful. There is no smoking and no pets allowed in the apartment. There are tiny specialty shops located across the street, as well as a few eateries. Oak Winery and Giant Eagle are a short walk away. There is a Citizen Bank located inside the Giant Eagle. The Finleyville Post Office is caddy cornered across the street from the building. Owner pays for water, sewer and trash removal. Tenant is responsible for electric, which is on average $65-$75 per month. There is permitted parking "for tenants only." There is absolutely no smoking and no pets. These terms are agreed to in the lease and are strictly enforced. Rules apply for the hallways as well. No shoes or belongings are to be kept in the hallway for the comfort of all. If you track dirt or create any mess in the common area, you must clean it.
