You will be required to pass a credit and background check. I will take care of the fees associated with this. The lease is through August 11th, 2015 and you will have the option to continue month to month after that. This apartment has been great for me and I am very sad to have to leave it. 1 bedroom/1 bath 750 sq ft wood floors granite counter tops 1st floor, very easy access Amenities: 2 beautiful pools, 1 is across the hall from unit. 2 gas grills Gym, available to residents at no cost. Owner pays for trash, water through property management. Electric by 3rd party. Lease ends Aug 11th, 2015 with the option to go month to month after that date.
