It is two levels but only one top level is viewed from the street. It looks a lot smaller from the front of the house until you actually come inside. It is in the King Estates neighborhood (Oakland Zoo nearby). Neighborhood Description The neighbors are fantastic. It is a multicultural neighborhood with folks that have been there for more than 30 years and new folks, but everyone is neighborly and watches out for eachother. I will truly miss them.
