There are 3 bedrooms located on the 3rd floor. With the main living on the 2nd floor. And on the 1st floor you have a bedroom, bathroom and the 2 car garage. This home is wonderfully situated just 10 minutes to the beach, Costco, Target and Trader Joes. There is also a bus station across the street and a train station less than a mile away if you prefer to use public transit. The home can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Either way it will come with all appliances and a washer & dryer. Lease duration is for 1 year. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, there will be a late fee of 10$ a day for every day beyond the 1st, that rent is not received, until it is received. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, gas, electrical). There is no smoking on the property however smoking is permitted in the outside courtyard areas. Pets are allowed however there is an additional 100$ fee per pet, per month. Tenant is to follow all HOA rules and guidelines. The biggest of which is to keep the garage able to fit two cars. And to park your cars in the garage from 10pm-6am. There is guest parking on site. It is free from 6am-10pm. A guest pass is required for overnight parking from the hours of 10pm-6am. You get 7 overnight passes for free. After that each additional pass is 7$ (HOA rules not ours)
