We are looking for someone to take over our lease. We have been at The Crest for 2 years and have had such a pleasant experience with the apartment and the property managers. However we need to move due to job relocation and the apartment complex has been nice enough to allow us to advertise our apartment and allow someone to take over our lease. This would mean that you would pay what we would be paying, which is cheaper than what the property would deam as payment if the listing went through them. You would also get the renewal lease options that we would get. We will reimburse you for your application fee when you move in and we will let you keep our current security deposit of $500. Our lease is originally up in June so from May 1st-June 14th the lease would be $1340 and then you would have the renewal options for a year lease of $1380.
