One block from the 35th Ave bikeway. Monthly rent includes water/sewer, front sidewalk snow removal, summer lawn maintenance and a common area house cleaning service ( 3x a year) Pets are OK but require an adtl $500 security deposit per pet and $50 more per pet/month. No smoking inside the house.
