House can come largely furnished if you'd like (for an additional $100/month), or furniture can be removed. We absolutely love the house and the landlords and property manager are great, but one of us is purchasing a house so everyone is moving out. The house is an end-of-group and has an incredible backyard oasis. There are 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom, and a bathroom on the top floor, but the finished basement can be a bedroom and it also has a full bath. New tenants will have to agree to either a shortened lease that ends in summer (with opportunity to renew) or a longer lease (~18 months) that ends in the following summer. Happy to give video or in-person tours, provided you wear a mask. Dates are flexible. Renters are responsible for water, gas, and electric. No pets or smoking.
