SKI LEASE "Stargazer's Nook" This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for a minimum of 4 months starting as early as November 1, 2026, to April 15, 2027. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *$5,950/month plus utilities *Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront. *Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant. *$685 a month total for the fixed utilities.
