quiet, safe, the old pipe dating from 1930 have been all replaced for new pipes. Biggest improvement in the house since we did the central heating and air condition ( highly efficient) back on 2011. Also back on 2013 we renovated the old hard wood floor by replacing the old industrial carped and uncovering the original hard wood floor which was on pretty good except by several part which needed replacement. So the hard wood floor was restored to it original condition.
