House is a good starter home. There are no leaks. It has a sound roof, floors,walls,etc. The back porch needs replacing. The house has good electrical connections but was never reconnected to city water(plumbing is in place but never connected). It needs hot water heater and has old style tub. The kitchen needs finishing( sink and plumbing). It was a family project that was never completely finished. The house has a nice front porch and a nice area in back for BBQ and just relaxing. Over all the house is solid and could be a nice home for a small family. Would be a great starter home for a do- it- yourselfers or investment rental. The price reflects my willingness to sell to the right broad minded person/family.
