Built in the 1950's as a Bachelorette floor plan, we fell in love with the oak floors and large lot. The remodel updated the kitchen, added central heat, and transitioned the garage into a 2nd bedroom and bathroom, that was perfect space for our new family. It's hard for us to leave this fun neighborhood, and proximity to some of Portland's treasures, Division St, Hawthorne, Foster Blvd, and Mt. Tabor.
