We have a washer and dryer in The house. The house is just off Carlisle between Gibson and Central. We are one block from the Base, one mile from Nob Hill, and 2 miles from UNM. The house is fully furnished, and there is a desk available if you'd like it. All you need is a bed. The current lease is up August 1st. Rent for the room is $600 a month, and there is a $300 despite. Utilities typically come out to $60 a person each month. Utilities include water, sewage, trash/recycling, electric, gass, and internet. Between us, we also have Prime video, Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, and Crunchy Roll. There are two cats at the house, so unfortunately, we can not take more. The landlord does not allow other pets. Also, one resident is very allergic to dogs. This does mean no service animals. A bit about us: we are both in our 20s, one man and one woman. The man works in computer science at the university. The woman works in at home health care. We both like hiking, board games, and pizza movie nights. We are doing video call tours right now due to Covid. We can't take same day tour requests. (For some reason it keeps saying hardwood floors no matter how many times I unselect it. There is no wood flooring. Floors are mostly carpet) This is a room for rent via sub lease.
