You will be buying the rest of our contract which goes till August. From there, it's a year long contract. August 2021-August 2022. We can leave our bed, couches, dresser, and book shelf if wanted. Rent is $785 plus another $60ish in utilities. It's a great neighborhood with a five minute walk to BYU. The landlords are great and this is a pet friendly apartment. We want to move out by the end of this month so the apartment will be ready for a move in by June 1st. We're in a hurry to move to Florida so it's a first come first serve deal.
