Home has large windows with great sunlight all day that overlooks the meadow and has a huge deck on the back. If you are looking for a sunny spot, this is the best in town. I am a local teacher and snowboard instructor who will be taking the year to travel and work. I will be in Tahoe only between trips and stay in the other room. You will have the whole place to yourself. This is why I have it priced this way. The room is large with walk in closets, private bathroom and hardwood floors throughout the home and plenty of storage. Back yard is fenced with a large Jacuzzi. New heaters, water heater and paint throughout the home. The room comes with a large connected garage and a shared work room. You will also have the second bathroom when I am not there. Walk to the lake, Safeway or Whole Foods. Three minutes to Heavenly. This is a duplex and is the top unit. The Bijou Meadow is the best in Tahoe with views of Heavenly and close to the Bijou Park.
