You must be considerate of your neighbors my other renters) and other neighbors on culdesac. Currently we are at property part time until July in another unit. Our two labradors are also on property until July. Our property is peaceful and beautiful we are on a gulch but what you do need to know is Makawao has roosters, barking dogs (occasionally) and sometimes mosquitos...but the views and sounds of nature from here are amazing. The reason I put studio/1bedroom is because it used to be a 1 bedroom but wall was removed. We are traveling and renting out unit furnished for 6 plus months which could turn into more. You will have most everything you need but you will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels. There may be some kitchen items that are important to you that you will have to bring. Indoor cat okay...as my labs are in the yard currently. If this were to turn into a full time rental we could figure out if a dog was okay possibly. This is not a fancy property but it is a sweet cottage with good vibes. Internet seems fast but if you need faster we will need to charge more. Cable TV not included. We are always updating/changing appliances and furnishings so when you view it you may notice some changes.
