Cable/internet (Google Fiber Webpass 1gig internet) runs about $30 per person per month, gas/electric is around $50-$70 per person per month, water bi/monthly ranging $40- $80 a month. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed and credit score must be 700+ per our landlords's credit company. We have three levels in the townhouse: Level 1 is the ground floor that has the garage, laundry room, detached bedroom / bathroom, and front door.
