    This "instant home" is an easy, four-minute commute to UNC Health Southeastern Medical Center. Beautiful, clean, and FULLY furnished, this is a 2 BR, 2.5 bath, "no-hassles" rental tailor-made for medical professionals in training or professionals who need a satellite home. This midtown unit is convenient to everything Lumberton has to offer. It has off-street parking and a fenced, private outdoor retreat to enjoy anytime, day or night. Central heat and air. Basic appliances (including washer, dryer, dishwasher, combination microwave/range hood, vacuum and multiple small kitchen appliances such as blender, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, etc.,) all kitchen dishes/cookware/cutlery, etc., and quality bed linens and towels. Even coffee and cleaning equipment and supplies, are provided for the tenant's initial weeks. Our goal is to pamper contracted, out-of-town professionals so that they can arrive with only suitcases and toiletries to find themselves well established in a true home atmosphere. (We are sorry, but we no longer provide electricity and internet with our rentals. We do provide water/sewer and trash collection.) Quality furnishings and art, inside and out, have been selected for their coziness and visual appeal. Well-appointed with comfort-forward mattresses, a full length sofa with two electric reclining seats with USB ports, and a kitchen furnished more fully than most homes. An oversized (65") television is wall-mounted, but swings out and pivots for optimal viewing. Beds are fitted with cotton and/or cotton blend sheets and pillow top mattress covers. Queen master bed can be raised and/or lowered as desired for both the head and legs/feet. Guest room can be set up with one or two twin beds, as an office or yoga room. (Tenant can choose.) Duvets with washable covers are provided, not "comforters" or heavy bedspreads that cannot be washed on site. Bedroom windows have both blinds and blackout curtains. Unit is located adjacent to an established neighborhood suitable for running/strolling/exploring. A CVS pharmacy and a children's park can be reached without crossing a busy street. There are two spacious walk-in closets and a generously-sized linen closet. Both full baths have an outer vanity/sink, with an inner shower/tub and toilet. This simultaneously enhances both privacy and access. The outdoor patio has a large 10' wide umbrella (with optional mosquito screening!) so that tenant can have maximum opportunities to enjoy time out of doors. There is a locking outdoor shed large enough for bicycles. Unit is privately owned and managed by a caring, responsible Lumberton native, not a corporation. No smoking, no pets. Disruptive noise or property damage can terminate lease. All occupants 18 years of age and older must pass a background check. Maximum of two tenant cars.
