This property is a nice little property with hardwood floors throughout the main level with carpeting and linoleum in the basement. We just freshly painted inside. We are still working on some areas but will be available for rent July 1. There will be smoke detectors, and a new stove and oven, there is a garbage disposal. The covered patio is a great place to hang out in the summer. There is also some storage in that area as well. The back yard is lined with beautiful bushes which gives great privacy in the backyard. We do not allow PETS, there are no exceptions. We don't allow smokers either. Renter pays all utilities. The lease is for one year with extension available. No PETS, NO SMOKERS. We ask our renters to mow the lawn and trim, We provide the mower and weed trimmer. We expect renters to shovel and we will provide a shovel. We have two parking spaces in the driveway and one in front. We would limit the number of vehicles. the basement bedroom is the third bedroom. It does not have an egress window, however it is a walkout basement and there is a door that goes outside. Smoke detectors. We are adding ceiling fans to the upstairs bedrooms, We check references and get a background check which will cost you $30 per person.
