The home is located in a quiet safe neighborhood and has a yard. Rent includes all utilities including electricity, gas, wireless internet, water, sewer, recycling, and trash. We are right on the 900E bus route. A little about the home... we are a progressive, outdoorsy, environmentally conscious home. We are working professionals so we keep reasonable hours. Being a basement there is living noise above the apartment. The ideal tenant is clean, respectful and mindful. There are no pets permitted in the home and no smoking permitted anywhere on the property. Only one car is allowed with this apartment. Please contact us with any questions or to check out the space.
