If you are interested in getting out of an apartment and into a house in a great neighborhood this may be the spot for you. A couple things to consider before scheduling a viewing. The upstairs and downstairs were at one time a single home / unit but the previous owner installed a kitchen downstairs. Other than that it is still a single home. I think their plan was to rent to two separate parties but I would like to rent to one party. A consideration for some, although no big deal to me at all, is that the landlord (me : ) ) lives part time next door when not in San Diego. It's an AirBnb otherwise. If interested, email your interest and some basic details (job info, why you are moving, how many people, etc) about yourself. Basic lawn care and front snow removal included. Trash included. Background and credit check required to sign the lease. Basic lawn care included(mowing), sprinkler system so don't have to deal with yard maintenance. Front walk and stairs snow removal is included. Tenant to pay utilities and water.
