Large, 3-story house with a finished attic, full basement, and deck in the backyard. Windows have recently been replaced. PLEASE APPLY THROUGH ZILLOW. We generally do not respond to requests for information or to tour the house if you have not completed the Zillow application. Renter is responsible for all utilities, including water, and must place utilities in their name. Pets are okay with an additional $250 pet deposit.
