I am leaving the state for the remainder of my lease and am looking to sublet my apartment. I can either sublet the master bedroom in the two bedroom apartment for $368 or you can take over the entire lease. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and is a 3 minute walk from Kroger, Supercuts, Restaurants, etc. Amenities include: Outdoor pool, Fitness Center, Basketball courts, Volleyball courts, tanning bed, etc. If you are looking to live here longer than the duration of my lease I haven't gotten the OK from my landlord that you will be able to resign at a reduced rate for a year. I am ready to move NOW so if you want to move in and get approved I would be happy to vacate my room and give you the rest of May's rent free!
